Apply epoxy sealer primer on concrete substrate first, then the waterproof layer; match specifically to the working condition.

Substrate Preparation

Solid, dry substrate free of standing water and oil; fillets at internal/external corners.

PU waterproof coating applied in multiple passes to design thickness, forming a seamless rubber membrane.

Surface Protection

For exposed areas, top with acrylic polyurethane topcoat for UV resistance as needed.
